ATB Automation specializes in the supply of mechanical components, drive technology components and motion control systems for machine builders in the Benelux. With offices in both Belgium and the Netherlands our customers always have one point of contact. Short lines and fast switching is our strength.

Calculating and selecting components
You give us the specifications and requirements of your application, we calculate the drive for you. Whether this is a linear actuator for a bridge or a servo drive for a packaging machine, ATB Automation has the knowledge to make the right selection of a drive component or system. If desired, we will discuss the application at your table.

Systems and assembly
If you need an actuator or a slewing drive with a motor, we coordinate the systems and also ensure that the components are delivered assembled. These can also be multi-axis XYZ systems or complete solutions with controls, regulators and cabling.

Motion software
Our application engineers program the motion controllers and regulators.

These can be simple single-axis applications to multi-axis systems with synchronization, interpolation and CAM profiles. The control panel setup and software will also be designed to your requirements. This can be on an after-the-fact basis or according to our project approach.

Projects
Would you like us to solve your wishes and issues around automation, this is possible with our project team and our project approach. Basis for this is a clear design with starting points and objectives including a clear planning. This may include an assembly of systems, switch boxes or panels, motion software and of course an installation with acceptance by us or at your location. This way you know where you stand and we take your worries off your hands.

Logistics and inventory
Logistics is more than just delivering the components or systems. Our 500m2 warehouse holds a large inventory of commodity components. Do you want specific components on call stock? This is also possible. Our enthusiastic order administration staff ensures clear communication with you about deliveries and that the goods are delivered on time as agreed. Thus, for years we have had a delivery reliability of at least 98%.
