igus b.v. grows and moves to new and larger premises in Amersfoort, the Netherlands

igus b.v., the Dutch subsidiary of the Cologne-based German motion plastics manufacturer, has moved to new, more modern, sustainable and larger premises at Modemweg 37c in Amersfoort, located in the De Hoef industrial park, effective April 15, 2024. After more than 30 wonderful years in Soesterberg, it is time for a new step to continue serving the growing demand for cable tracks, flexible cables, linear technology, low cost automation solutions, 3D printing technology, spherical bearings and plastic ball bearings.

The new building offers more space for offices, creative spaces, meeting rooms and a 100 m² showroom where a permanent IMPS exhibition stand (Igus Motion Plastics Show) will be built, where customers can see and experience igus' innovative products and solutions for themselves. Also, the new building, located right next to the A28 and A1 freeways, offers better accessibility and parking for both customers and employees. Moreover, the new building has been built sustainably, which fits well with their own sustainable business philosophy.
