WAGO establishes subsidiary WAGO Iberia in Spain

The WAGO Group is expanding its operations in Spain in the second half of 2024. They are taking over the business activities of Dicomat, long-term importer in Spain since 1980. With the creation of WAGO Iberia, WAGO unlocks new synergies for even more efficient solutions and an expanded service offering on the Spanish market.

The new team at WAGO Iberia will provide continuity in customer service with existing Dicmat members,and the addition of new professionals to expand current operations. With this retention strategy, WAGO will secure local expertise and maintain Dicomat's established sales network. This connection will give the local Spanish subsidiary access to all WAGO Group resources and WAGO's global product and service portfolio. In addition, customized solutions for their specific needs in electrical interconnection, interface and automation technology will be developed together with customers and partners locally.

For customers and partners, this combination means the highest level of continuity in support. They benefit from faster, personalized customer service, as larger sales and automation teams are available on-site for individual requirements. In order to find effective solutions to questions and problems, there will also be direct contact with international teams of specialists from the WAGO Group. WAGO Iberia will also handle logistics for customers and partners in the most optimal way.
