Service with a capital letter

Not a wholesaler of electrotechnical components for mechanical engineering, but also not a manufacturer. However, as a representative of seven brands in the Netherlands, CC Netherlands is big on providing service and quality. Flexibility and personal attention are key here, which means that the best solution is always sought based on the specific customer requirements.

Bas is director and says (not without pride), "For fourteen years, our company has had two important pillars, with which we have grown in recent years. On the one hand, we do not compromise on the quality of our products. We carefully select our brands and work exclusively with renowned manufacturers. On the other hand, we have a team of enthusiastic and experienced employees. They all have extensive technical knowledge of our products and above all they are proud, helpful and driven to help customers with great pleasure. That this works is shown, among other things, by the fact that we have hardly any turnover and our customers are proven to be satisfied with their regular (cheerful) contact person."

Stainless steel cabinets - also custom and hygienic design

The products in the range are well matched and range from machine safety components and control technology to cable management, connectors, enclosures and signaling. Many of the products are suitable for use in the food industry. The knowledge of hygienic design, the applicable laws and regulations and the (im)possibilities is therefore above average among the employees.

One of the highlights of the program concerns the stainless steel cabinets from ILINOX®. Due to its specialism in stainless steel, this is a prime example of a program that is mainly supplied to industrial OEMs building for the food producing and processing industry. In Bleiswijk, CC Nederland has an ample amount of the standard products in stock, so delivery times are short. In addition, there are many possibilities for customized solutions. For example, a stainless steel cabinet in a specific size or a cabinet machined by the 3D laser machine. These machining operations prevent burrs and deformation of recesses for glands, cable entries, push buttons, ventilation grilles or an HMI, for example. Customization and machining is also possible if only one is involved.

Industrial Automation

A second product group that Bas likes to highlight includes components from IDEC developed for industrial automation. This publicly traded Japanese company designs and manufactures PLC controls, HMI touchscreens, push buttons, hold-to-run switches, emergency stop switches and LED machine lights, among others. "This brand has also proven itself in terms of quality and reliability over the past decades. Moreover, it is an innovative company. At the WoTS, we will present a new HMI that integrates a PLC. This provides the OEM-er with the possibility of compact construction."

Developments

Of course, CC Netherlands itself is not standing still either. By listening carefully to its customers, the product range is still expanding; as long as it is complementary and provides benefits for its customers. In addition, the company is continuously improving internal processes and sustainable solutions. To serve customers even better, a webshop was started several years ago. "An excellent move," Bas indicates. "For customers who have been ordering certain components as standard for years, it gives them every opportunity to do so at any time. There is also the possibility to download technical documents such as Eplan macros and 2D(dwg)/3D step drawings. Of course, the price and current stock are visible."
